This half-term children in Class N have been doing gymnastics and adevnture games (not together!)
In gymnastics, children have been working on how to link series of movements together using different levels of equipment. They were asked to make their performance look professional by considering how to start and end their movements, as well as controlling their positions.
Most children particularly enjoyed learning to do a forward roll around a bar.
In adventure games, children have been working in pairs/teams to complete various tasks, such as crossing the swamp and guided their peers around an obstacle course - blindfolded!
One task in particular which really made them work as a team was tryingto get 9-10 children in 1 hoop. Maybe you could try this yourself at home!
