A very successful THIRD visit to Kielder was enjoyed by children in KS2. Find out what they got up to...
Children had the opportunity to try their hand at:
- pond dipping
- mini-beast hunting
- nature walk
- shelter building
- and making their own beds of course!
The weather was fantastic and a great time was had by all (including the staff)!
Our thanks go to Richard and Alex at Kielder Youth Hostel for making our stay so comfortable, as well as the great food.
Our thanks also go to the rangers who organised and ran the activities which we all thoroughly enjoyed.
Here's to next year...
