Parental Questionnaire
Thank you to all those families who were able to return a completed questionnaire this week. We are delighted with the level of trust, your responses suggest, you have in how hard we work and how we care about every child in our school.
There were a couple of concerns expressed - as ever I would invite any parent wishing to talk further about points raised, to make an appointment to come and see me.
Here are the results in detail:-
Wow - lots of answers sent to website about the 'septuplets' - I'm being crafty though and not publishing them until Monday morning! Not that ANY of you would be sneaky enough to copy other pupils answers!!!
All answers sent in have been correct so WELL DONE to Anna, Lucy, Max, Oliver, Holly and Jack!

As mentioned in last weeks Heroes Assembly, we have a fantastic group of Y5 children who have 'asked' if they can volunteer some of their breaktimes to help out on the infant yard.
They will be wearing BLUE CAPS and are happy to create games for younger children to join - or simply have a sit and a natter if needed!
This visual timetable shows which of the Playground Buddies are available during each breaktime.
What a credit they are...

After many weeks of planning we have now selected the first members of our Press Pack. There was lots of interest so we decided to select eight children to train up this term, before opening it up to a new group of intrepid reporters during the summer term.
Our aim is to work with the expert guidance of Ms. Cornish, to establish groups of Press Pack children who will be self sufficient in identifying a story, researching it and presenting their findings on this website for the WHOLE WORLD to see!
We will also bee producing a monthly newsletter (for a bargain price) to share the 'pupil view' of life at High Spen Primary School.
If you have a story which you'd like the Press Pack to investigate, why not e-mail them at their private address - presspack.highspen@gmail.com
