Y2 Potato plants

Today Y2 harvested their potatoes and what fun we had! First we measured the height of the plants and were shocked they'd grown to 39cm high! After that we tipped out our plant pots and hunted for potatoes we couldn't believe how many we found.

Tomorrow your child will bring some potatoes home. Please share photos of how you enjoy them as a family e.g eating them whole, chopping them into slices and frying them or even using them in a creative way to turn your potato into a character! We look forward to seeing your photographs of potato fun.
