A special thank you to everyone who helped make Mrs Kerridge's 38th Sports Day one to remember. Despite the soaring temperatures, we were delighted to see so many families braving the heat to cheer on the children, creating a wonderful atmosphere throughout the day.

The pupils gave their all in every event, showing great sportsmanship, enthusiasm and resilience. The ever-popular parents' races brought plenty of excitement, laughter and friendly competition, while the highlight for many was undoubtedly the spectacular inflatable staff race. Armed with giant inflatable costumes and a healthy dose of determination, staff bounced, waddled and sprinted their way down the track to the delight of the crowd. The race had pupils and parents roaring with laughter and cheering every step of the way, proving that our staff are always willing to go the extra mile to make school events memorable.

It was a fantastic finale that perfectly captured the fun, community spirit and joy of the day.

Thank you to everyone who took part, supported and celebrated the children's achievements – it was a day full of fun, success and lasting memories for our whole school community.
