Y6 Safety Works
Y6 visited Safety Works to engage in role play situations learning lots about road safety, safety around trains, water safety, antisocial behaviour including anti-social fires and shoplifting. There was lots of talk about peer pressure and how we can deal with tricky situations.
In the afternoon, we visited the Quayside to carry out some Geography fieldwork linked to our unit about developing a site on the Quayside as well as exploring what the Quayside has to offer and testing out our knowledge about being safe on the road. We looked very official with our clipboards!
